We went to our small town parade again this year.
It's been wonderfully busy around the farm the past three weeks and we were feeling in need of a day at home, low key & restful. So we canceled our annual 4th of July party and just had one family over. We had a simple BBQ and watched the Cowboy put on a fireworks show in our driveway.
It was so lovely.
Somedays, this Mama-heart simply longs for simple.
