I forget so easily.
I forget to be quick to listen, slow to anger, and slow to speak.
I forget that there's grace offered to me in abundance.
I forget that my hope is in Him all-day-long.
I forget.
So I've been writing it down.
I've been writing it right there on the wall in the dining room, the place where we all find ourselves several times a day.
I've been writing it down and reading it ALOUD in hopes that my mind and my heart will start to remember it all a little better and a little longer.
Lord, help me to remember that even when I flail, you're at work in me.
You're at work in these kids.
You're at work in this home.
Give me faith,
To trust what you say
That You're good
And Your love is great!
